At Pumpernickels, you won’t find turkey out of a plastic bag. We roast and smoke our turkey breast on the bone, and slice it to order, for that year-round Thanksgiving flavor you just can’t find anywhere else. Our tuna and chicken salads are made fresh daily and our slaws, potato salads, and spreads are our own time-tested recipes. We also recommend our gourmet smoked fish, which is flown in directly from the finest smokehouses!
